How and when your order reaches you
The price you see is the price you pay
You only pay the product price and our delivery charge (₹59 prepaid, ₹109 cash on delivery). No customs, duty or extra charges, ever. All prices are in rupees.
Delivery charges
Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets): ₹59. Cash on delivery: ₹109. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ₹5,000 (the price of the products after discounts, before the delivery charge). We confirm cash-on-delivery orders with a quick code on WhatsApp or a call.
Delivery time
Every product page and the checkout show an estimated delivery date range for your order, counted from the day you order. Your order confirmation, e-mails and our Track order page show the same dates. We deliver to PIN codes across India.
Our courier partners
We deliver with trusted Indian courier partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax and Amazon Shipping. Once your parcel is with the courier, you get its tracking number and a link to follow it.
Follow your order
Every order has a number that starts with IMP-. You can follow it at any time on our Track order page (citavelle.com/track) with that number and the phone or email you ordered with.
Delivery attempts
Our courier partner makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If a parcel still cannot be delivered, or is returned, it comes back to us: prepaid orders are refunded in full except the delivery charge, once the parcel is back with us. For cash on delivery, nothing is charged.
Exchanges and problems
Size not right? You can ask for a size exchange within 5 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page.
