Acceptance of Terms
By using the Citavelle app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on Citavelle. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Product Descriptions & Pricing
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Intellectual Property
All content on Citavelle — including images, editorial copy, brand assets, and the app design — is the exclusive property of Citavelle and its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Citavelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — contact us on WhatsApp first.
